
INGREDIENTS:
150g of macaroni (or other pasta)
Calories = Medium
a few lettuce leaves
5 Sun-dried tomato petals
Bacon with 4 branches
1tbsp. Vinegar
2tbsp. tablespoon Oil
1tbsp. Cream
Salt
Pepper
PREPARATION:
Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package. Drain and let cool.
Rinse and wring out the salad. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips. Lightly brown the bacon slices in a frying pan without fat then cut them into strips.
Pour the vinegar into a salad bowl and mix with salt and pepper. Whip with the oil and cream. Stir in the macaroni, salad, sundried tomatoes and bacon, toss and serve.
Tips and advice for Macaroni salad:
When ready to serve, sprinkle with chopped basil.
