1 romaine salad
250g Chicken breasts
1 sprig of thyme
3tbsp. olive oil
Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Heat 1 tsp. of oil in a skillet and brown the chicken breast strips with the thyme for 5 min, stirring often.
Wash and wring out the salad, then cut it into large strips. Mix the mustard with salt and vinegar & pepper in a bowl, Emulsify with the rest of the oil.
Distribute the salad leaves, chicken strips, and croutons on the plates then sprinkle with the sauce, mix, and serve.
Tips and advice for Chicken salad:
You can add a few shavings of Parmesan.
